Surfing in Roti Island


Located in East Nusa Tenggara, roti island between the Indian Ocean to the west and the East Timor Sea. It is 80 kilometers from the southwest, northeast and about 23 kilometers wide and covers more 467 1210 square kilometers. Roti island is part of Kupang Regency, but has its own Regency. Passenger ferry operate daily between Kupang and manager, a mangrove fringed bay on the north-western part of the roti. A motor boat also travels twice a week between ash and Namosain village in Kupang. The trip takes about four hours, depending on weather conditions.
